Are you passionate about developing the next generation product?
Do you love designing and implementing great applications that are easy to use, clean, responsive and efficient?
Are you experienced with technologies such as PHP, Java, SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, CSS or others?
Are you interested in building large-scale modular systems that can handle petabytes of data?

Non-Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills and have the ability to meet timely deadlines.
Good planning and organization skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Software development experience with a focus on architecture and design patterns.
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and apply the new knowledge to reach the goals.
Good ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment with a positive attitude and can think outside of the box.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

PHP, AJAX and Javascript programming for web-based database applications
Java and J2EE programming
SQL and relational database structures
Web/Desktop UI design
Business process management concept and related technologies such as JBoss jBPM (this is highly preferable).
object oriented development and software design principles.
Database design and development. That is, being able to design the database schema that will meet the system requirements and follows good database design principles such as low data redundancy to ensure data consistency and ensure that database operations (such as data deletion) does not cause data orphanage.
Systems analysis and design by translating business requirements into system requirements

Education

College diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or solid experiences.
