SALES REPRESENTATIVESparkMatrix is presently hiring Business graduates with an aptitude for technology to begin an exciting career as a Sales Representative. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our innovative BAMBOO™ Web-based management Platform to both commercial and residential Multi-location Property Management Companies, Real Estate Development Companies and Property Owners. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, competition, and a keen interest in technology. The successful candidate will gain expertise in accurately capturing and qualifying leads; effectively managing a sales pipeline; and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities will include gathering industry-specific intelligence, initiating client dialogue, negotiating terms, and account monitoring. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly open the door for product demonstrations, and follow the process through the contract negotiation and closing phases with support from senior members of the team. They will be a technically savvy and dynamic individual that can quickly build contacts. This role offers a rewarding compensation structure, including a base salary, and a sales incentive plan.
